bookadoc2u.com is an information website for the BookaDoc2U practice. It describes the services we offer and lets you ask us to contact you about an appointment. Using this website does not make you a patient, and it does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins when you register with the practice and are seen by one of our clinicians.

The appointment request form
Submitting the form is a request, not a booking. It does not reserve a time, and no appointment exists until a member of our team has spoken with you and confirmed one.
The form is for scheduling only. Please do not enter medical details into it — see our Privacy Policy. We will take your history when we call you back.
Using the site properly
Please give accurate contact details, and use the form only to ask about care for yourself or for someone you are responsible for. Do not submit automated or bulk requests, and do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site. We limit how many requests can be submitted from one place in a short period.
Services and eligibility
We currently serve San Francisco (telemedicine and in-patient care) and Chico, California (telemedicine and clinic). Which services are appropriate or available for you depends on your clinical situation, your location and your coverage, and is decided with you at the point of care. Descriptions on this site, including references to Medicare-covered remote patient monitoring, describe services the practice provides in general and are not a promise that any particular service will be covered for you.
